How the pick-up process works
Before we start picking up passengers, our guides prepare the vehicles and print out a list of the customers that have requested pick-up services. The pick-up process changes every time, depending on the number of passengers and their location. We try to minimize the waiting time for your pick-up, but it can take up to 30 minutes, so please be patient while you wait for your guide to reach you.

Still, It is very important to be ready at your pick-up location at the start
of the pick-up time, so that you don‘t miss your pick-up.
Please read your voucher carefully before pickup and be aware of who is operating your tour.
There can be different labels for different tours and different operators. The vehicles are
prominently marked with the operator's logo, so you should be able to spot them easily.
Look for the marked pickup vehicles. Markings are tour and operator dependent, read your voucher carefully.
